PROJECT 20 / 62
Century21
A workplace fit-out of acoustic felt, steel-framed glass and quiet focus booths, lit in low pools against charcoal partitions.
An office interior built for focus. Felt-lined phone and focus booths sit alongside full-height, steel-framed glass partitions that divide work without closing it off.
The palette stays in greyscale and warm taupe, lit in deliberate pools rather than flat brightness — recessed downlights and a single linear pendant over a quiet executive desk.
